Where we ship
We ship within Canada only.
Cost
Shipping is free on all orders, anywhere in Canada.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days. They ship by ground with a carrier of our choosing, and most arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times vary by location, and remote addresses can take longer.
Deliveries may take longer around holidays and during severe weather.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again.
Late, lost, damaged or incorrect orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us. We'll trace it with the carrier and, if it's confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost.
Damage, missing items or incorrect products must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. Send your order number, and a photo where relevant, to orders@arylide.com.
